Pranayamas:

There are eight types of Pranayama like Nadi Shodhan, Bhramari and Bhasrika Kapalbhati are the main pranayam for diabetes. The essential planning for Pranayama’s is to rotate the nostril inhalation. This type is found useful in diabetes as it has calming effect on nervous system, which decreases stress levels, serving in diabetes treatment.

Meditation:

Meditation is especially useful in executing of stress.

Yoga Nidra is the most significant course of relaxation. It helps in lightening the stress and has positive property on the whole body and mind.
